Joining the 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation many years ago has been a transformative experience for me. Under the guidance of Alex Seretsky, the most humble coach I’ve ever met, I’ve not only grown as an athlete but also gained a newfound confidence that permeates all aspects of my life.
Being part of this federation has been more than just lifting weights; to me, it’s been about building character, forming a supportive community, and striving for continuous self-improvement. The opportunities to travel as well and represent Canada have been a great experience most recently in Virginia Beach 2023 world championships – The 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation, with Alex Saretsky at its heart, has truly been instrumental in my journey of growth and empowerment and I’m looking forward to what the future will bring.
